Motorbz (“we”, “us”) operates the Motorbz marketplace at motorbz.com for buying, selling, bidding on and finding services for vehicles and parts in Bahrain. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
Information we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, phone). Listings, bids, messages and orders you create. Technical data such as device, browser and IP for security and analytics. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google — nothing else, and only with your consent.
How we use it
To create and secure your account, show and manage your listings and bids, connect buyers with sellers and service providers, process orders, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.
Google sign-in
When you choose “Continue with Google”, Google shares your basic profile (name, email, picture) so we can create or access your Motorbz account. We use this only to identify you and contact you about your account and activity. You can revoke Motorbz’s access any time from your Google Account security settings.
Sharing
We share the limited contact and listing information needed to complete a transaction between a buyer and a seller, service provider or technician. We use trusted providers for hosting, storage and analytics who process data on our behalf. We may disclose information where required by law.
Retention & security
We keep your data while your account is active and as needed for legal and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymise it. We protect data with HTTPS encryption in transit and access controls.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your account data, and object to certain processing, by contacting us. You can close your account at any time.
